HOW TO SHOP LABELLUSH
How to shop Here at Labellush.com we offer a hand edited selection of high-end designer and contemporary clothing, shoes, and accessories. New styles are arriving daily, and you never know what you might find so we suggest you check back often! You can browse through departments by using the navigation links located on the far left of your screen, or by using the Search box option if you know what you are looking for. To view the details of a specific item click on it's icon picture or item title listed on the section pages. If you would like to view additional photos of the item click on the listings "Additional Views" button. The additional photo's gallery will open in a new window. If you are having trouble viewing the new window you may need to adjust your Pop-Up blocker.
Items can be added to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. To view your shopping cart at any time click on the "Shopping Cart" global navigation link located in the upper right hand corner of any page. You can remove an item from your cart at any time by clicking on the "remove" link located under the item title on the shopping cart page. If you are trying to add more than one item to your shopping cart and are unable to it is probably because your "cookies" are disabled. For the shopping cart system to work properly you will need to enable cookies by adjusting your security settings in your browsers control panel. Doing so should allow you to add additional items to the shopping cart.
When you are finished shopping proceed to the shopping cart / checkout page by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" link in the global navigation link. From there you will be able to review your order, enter your payment / shipping information, and enter any coupon codes that you might have. You will also be asked to select your preferred shipping service and leave specific shipping instructions if needed. Please remember free shipping is only offered on orders within the USA. If your order is shipping to an address located outside of the United States the free shipping discount will not apply.

Item Availability We make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, however we do occasionally sell out of certain items. In the event that we are out of stock on an item you have ordered you will be notified via email, the order (or portion of the order)will be cancelled, and the appropriate changes will be made to your total. Sizing / Measurements
General sizing guidelines and international size conversion charts can be found on our Size Charts page. For your convenience specific measurements are also usually given in the item description for most items. Please keep in mind that all measurements should be considered approximate - though they are taken as precisely as possible. Sizing may vary by designer so please check measurements carefully and ask all questions prior to purchasing. We are happy to double check, or gather any additional measurements for you upon request. Please email us with your request and include the item name or number and the size(s) you are interested in.

Payment Methods
We prefer that you use our online checkout system to complete payment, however alternate methods are available upon request.
Currently our checkout system is equipped to accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, or Paypal.
For security purposes; We require all credit card Billing & Shipping addresses to match.
If you have never used Paypal before and would like to set up a new account with them you can do so by visiting the Paypal.com website.
For those who do not wish to use a Paypal or Credit Card online we can also accept Western Union wire transfers. If you would like to pay with this alternate method please Contact Us to make arrangements as you will not be able to checkout using our shopping cart system. Back to Top
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Yes, on some orders. We collect a 4.9% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Colorado.

SHIPPING AND HANDELING
When will my order ship?
We ship five days a week; Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We make every effort to ship your order out within 1 business day, however, if your order is placed after 12:00pm mountain time it may not go out until the next business day. Delivery times will vary with shipping service selection, and delivery destination. For your convenience we have included the USPS estimated delivery time frames, but please keep in mind that these windows are estimates and do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Domestic Shipping
Orders placed with delivery destinations within the US will be shipped with FREE USPS Insured Priority Mail unless expedited Express mail shipping is opted for at checkout. Credit card billing & Shipping addresses must match.
USPS Priority mail is estimated to take 2-3 days for delivery. All Priority mail shipments will be shipped fully insured and will include a delivery confirmation number. The Delivery Confirmation number for your order will be sent to you via email when your order is processed.
USPS Express mail is considered overnight to most areas but may vary by destination. To check the eligibility of your location for overnight delivery please go to USPS.com. Please keep in mind, however, that although we will make our best effort to get your order out as quickly as possible we do not guarantee estimated Express Mail delivery dates due to our processing time. All Express mail shipments will be shipped fully insured and will include a tracking number. The Tracking number for your order will be sent to you via email when your order is processed.

International Shipping
Orders placed with delivery destinations outside of the US will be shipped with USPS International Express Mail only. Credit card billing & Shipping addresses must match. All international orders will be shipped fully insured unless the insurance service is restricted. To check the eligibility and insurance limitations for your country please go to USPS.com.
International Express mail is estimated by the US Post Office to take between 3-8 business days for delivery to most major destinations, however this time frame is an estimate and does not include our handling time, or any customs delays that can not be predicted or controlled.

Customs / Privacy
International orders may be subject to search, seizure, import duties, and taxes. Because customs policies vary widely by country we can not predict what those charges may be. All such duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer and we recommend consulting your countries customs office before placing any orders to determine rates and import restrictions.
In accordance with US law, and our own personal ethics; packages will be marked as "MERCHANDISE" and valued at the purchase price paid. If the item(s) are being ordered as a gift we can mark the package as such, but the value will still be stated the same.
Here at LABELLUSH we respect your privacy, so please be advised that all packages traveling across international borders are subject to search by customs authorities. In addition, the contents description /value of your order will be stated on the customs form that is placed on the outside of the package. This includes gift shipments.
Buyers who refuse delivery will receive a partial refund for their purchases once the package is returned to us. This amount will be calculated based on the full amount paid by the buyer minus the cost of any shipping and customs fees incurred by us, and a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, because we ship through the US Post Office we do not have any shipping/address restrictions. You are welcome to use a P.O. box, or an APO/FPO address.

Order Tracking
Actual tracking services are only available for packages that are shipped with an Express Mail service. Most Express mail packages will require a signature for delivery.
Packages shipped with Priority Mail will have a Delivery Confirmation number and may require a signature for delivery if they are valued over $200. Unlike actual 'tracking numbers', the US Post Office is not required to update status information along the way for Delivery Confirmation numbers. If you miss your delivery an update on the USPS.com website will show that the post office "attempted delivery" on a specific date. At that point you are welcome to reschedule your delivery with the post office, or claim the package in person at your local branch. Generally they will hold your package for about 12 days before returning it to sender.
To check status updated for both Express Mail shipments and Priority Mail shipments please go to USPS.com and enter the tracking/delivery confirmation number sent to you with your order confirmation.

Insurance
All orders will be shipped fully insured. Though a rare occurrence, in the event that an order is lost or damaged in the mail we will file an inquiry with the post office on your behalf and work with them to locate or correct the problem. If the post office finds that you are entitled to a refund we will collect it from them and reimburse you for the full purchase price of the lost/damaged item(s). Please note: shipping charges are non-insurable and there for non-refundable. Please be advised that on international order the post office estimates that the insurance claim process can take between 60-120 days to complete from the day filed.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Do you accept Returns/Exchanges? We do not issue money back for returns, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we do accept returns (on all non-final sale items) in exchange for store credit.
Simply return the item in its original, unused condition (with original tags attached if applicable) within 7 days of the receipt date. The receipt date is based on the delivery date provided by USPS.com. Once received, a store credit will be issued for the full amount paid minus any shipping costs / customs fees incurred by us, and a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns received in poor condition.
Final sale items include jewelry / watches, handbags, shoes, and evening wear.
Currently, we do not officially process exchanges due to item availability. If you would like to make an exchange you will need to first return the original item. Once it is received and your store credit is issued you may use our checkout system and apply the value of your store credit towards the new purchase.
If you would like to make a return please Contact Us first with your intent and request your "Return Authorization Code". Include your Return Authorization code on the label when you address the return to us. Packages received without a return authorization code may be refused.

How should I ship my return?
Please properly pack and seal your return with your Return Authorization Code printed on the label, and ship it back with an efficient insured/traceable mailing service. Please keep in mind that items must be postmarked for return within 7 days of their original receipt. We do not accept responsibility for return shipments while in transit. If the items are lost or damaged along the way we will not be able to issue your refund, so it is important that the package be insured and traceable.

When will I receive my Store Credit?
Once your return has been received in good condition, your store credit will be issued to you via email in the form of a virtual giftcard. Processing will be completed within 4 days of the items receipt, and you will receive an email from us indicating the transaction has been completed.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Labellush.com virtual gift certificated can be redeemed online at http://www.labellush.com. To redeem add the item(s) that you want to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. On the "Shopping Cart" page you will see a field that says: "Coupon / Gift Certificate Code (optional)". Enter your gift certificate number within the field and click "Apply". Make sure that you enter the complete gift certificate code. It must start with the "@" sign.
If you wish to apply multiple gift certificates, you can enter all of the codes separated by commas.
If you have enough funds on the gift certificate(s) to cover the cost of your order you won't be required to enter any payment information.
If you don't have enough funds on your gift certificate to cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.
