What are the advantages of having an account?
Registered users can easily save their Billing Information for faster checkouts, “Create and Save” a Wishlist, View the Status of their Order, and easily Check their Order History.
How will my account information be used?
Your personal information will be used to process your order, and send updates regarding special sales, new arrivals, and promotions.
Will I be able to change my password and username later?
Yes and No - once logged in you can manage your email preferences and password from the "Edit Login Info" link found on the My Account page, in the right sidebar. Unfortunately, once created, you can not change the account user name.
I forgot my account password. How do I retrieve it?
If you have forgot your password you can have it resent to the email address we have on file by using the Password Recovery feature.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Yes, on some orders. We collect a 4.9% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Colorado. Orders shipped outside of Colorado will not be taxed.
Can I make changes to my order once it is submitted?
Depending on how far along your order is in processing you may be able to make changes. Please Contact Us with your request and we will try to assist you as best we can.
When will my order ship?
We ship five days a week; Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We make every effort to ship your order out within 1 business day, however, if your order is placed after 12:00pm mountain time it may not go out until the next business day. Delivery times will vary with shipping service selection, and delivery destination. For your convenience we have included the USPS estimated delivery time frames, but please keep in mind that these windows are estimates and do not guarantee a specific delivery date.
