Ordering & Registration

Should you wish to place an order, registration is recommended but not required. Orders can be place online, or by phone if assistance is needed. To place a order by phone please contact us at: 1(719)785-5790, Mon - Sat: 8am - 6pm MDT and one of our representatives will be happy to help you.

All orders are subject to availability, and approval. Though we do our best to keep our inventory up to date, discrepancies may exist on rare occasions. In the event that an item is out of stock or your order can not be accepted, we will promptly refunded your payment and provide you with an explanation for the cancellation.

Viewing Orders

Registered users who are logged in, can view their order history by going to their "My Account" page and clicking on their "My Orders" link.

Guest users who placed an order without registering, are not able to view their order history on the site, but will receive email updates regarding their order information and status.

Updating Orders

Should you wish to update an order while it is pending or in process, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Registration

By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. Registration is not required, but it is highly recommended as it will improve your experience on the site.

To register on Labellush.com, click the "Log In" link at the top of any page, and the click the "Create Account Button". Follow the prompts to complete your account setup.

Updating Account Information

To update your account information on Labellush.com, log in to your account and click the "My Account" link found a the top of every page. Use the links on the left sidebar to navigate to the section of your account information that you wish to change. Follow the prompts to update your information.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Checkout securely through Paypal.com! Paypal account NOT required. If you do not have a Paypal account or prefer to use a debit or credit card; Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted. To submit a Credit Card payment, select "Paypal" as your payment method at checkout and click "Continue". After clicking the "Place Order" button you will be redirected to Paypal.com; there you will have the option of paying with a debit or credit card.

Please note:
Billing & shipping addresses must match on all credit card payments. Confirmed Shipping address are required on Paypal payments.

Domestic Shipping

We ship USPS Priority & Express Mail within the US. All orders will be shipped with tracking and insurance. Orders valued over $250 will require a signature for delivery.

Domestic Shipping Rates:

USPS Priority Mail - Shipping rates will be calculated based on order size and destination.
Orders shipped within the US, and valued over $50 will ship FREE USPS Priority Mail!
Estimated delivery time 2-3 business days.

USPS Express Mail - Shipping rates will be calculated based on order size and destination.
Estimated delivery time 1-2 business days; although not guaranteed.


International Shipping

We ship USPS International Priority Mail worldwide! All orders will be shipped with tracking and insurance if available. Orders valued over $250 will require a signature for delivery.

International Shipping Rates:

USPS International Priority Mail = Shipping rates will be calculated based on order size and destination.
Estimated delivery time 6-10 business days.


Customs / Privacy

International orders may be subject to search, seizure, import duties, and taxes. Because customs policies vary widely by country we can not predict what those charges may be. All such duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer and we recommend consulting your countries customs office before placing any orders to determine rates and import restrictions.

In accordance with US law, and our own personal ethics; packages will be marked as "MERCHANDISE" and valued at the purchase price paid. If the item(s) are being ordered as a gift we can mark the package as such, but the value will still be stated the same.

Here at LABELLUSH we respect your privacy, so please be advised that all packages traveling across international borders are subject to search by customs authorities. In addition, the contents description / value of your order will be stated on the customs form that is placed on the outside of the package. This includes gift shipments.

Buyers who refuse delivery will receive a partial refund for their purchases once the package is returned to us. This amount will be calculated based on the full amount paid by the buyer minus the cost of any international shipping and customs fees incurred by us, and a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, because we ship through the US Post Office we do not have any shipping/address restrictions. You are welcome to use a P.O. box, or an APO/FPO address.


Order Tracking & Delivery

To check status updated for both Express Mail shipments and Priority Mail shipments please go to USPS.com and enter the tracking/delivery confirmation number sent to you with your order status update email.


Insurance

All orders will be shipped fully insured. Though a rare occurrence, in the event that an order is lost or damaged in the mail we will file an inquiry with the post office on your behalf and work with them to locate or correct the problem. If the post office finds that you are entitled to a refund we will collect it from them and reimburse you for the full purchase price of the lost/damaged item(s). Please note: shipping charges are non-insurable and there for non-refundable. Please be advised that on international order the post office estimates that the insurance claim process can take between 60-120 days to complete from the day filed.

Returns

Didn't fit? Not the right color? Simply changed your mind? No problem! Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order though a restocking fee will apply. To begin the return process, please make sure your return is in its original condition, and contact us to request a return authorization code. If you can provide a reason for your return it would be greatly appreciated. Once we receive your request we will respond with our return mailing address and provide you with a return authorize code. To guarantee it's safe delivery, please be sure to ship your return using and insured and traceable service. Your refund will be issued within 2-3 days of receipt. Please be advised, that a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, and original shipping fees and or customs fees incurred are non refundable.
