An Empire waist is the waistline sewn just below the bust. This style is common in women’s for tops and dresses, because of it’s flattering fit.
Empire seams are the seams sewn directly below the bustline on women’s clothing.
An Epaulette (Epaulet) is any sort of shoulder ornament, usually a button strap; often seen with braiding or other trim for a military – or safari-inspired look.
An Espadrille is a rope-soled shoe with a canvas upper. Espandrilles are usually worn as casual summer wear.
